Ans: The internship period ranges from eight to sixteen weeks based on the projects
assigned. Internships are available during various periods during the year, depending
on our bandwidth to mentor the interns and the availability of assignable projects.

Ans: During their stint as interns, each individual becomes a valuable part of the
Sumpoorna family. However, the availability of a suitable job position to the individual
forms the basis of our recruitment process.
